Veedersburg, Ind. - Mrs. Nora F. Cox, 82, of 301 W. Washington, died at 11 a.m. Wednesday (June 13, 1973) at Woodland Manor Nursing Home in Attica. She had been a patient a month. Born April 7, 1891, she was the daughter of Jack and Mary Francis French Berlin. She was married to Cecil Cox Sept. 6, 1960, in Veedersburg, who survives. Surviving also include a son, Norman of Veedersburg; a daughter, Miss Clara Cox of Newport Ritchey, Fla.; a brother, Vernon Berlin of Veedersburg; and two sisters, Mrs. Ruth Benner and Mrs. Mary Louise Francis Songer, both of Veedersburg. A son and a brother preceded her in death. She was a member of the First Christian Church of Veedersburg. Private services will be Friday at the Parham Funeral Home, with the Rev. Glenn Youngbood officiating. Burial will be in Rockfield Cemetery. Visitation will be at the funeral home from 7-9 p.m. Thursday.

Mrs. Cox was a member of the First Christian Church at Veedersburg. She was born April 7, 1891 at Veedersburg, a daughter of Jack and Mary Francis French Berlin. She married Cecil Cox Sept. 6, 1960 at Veedersburg. Surviving with the husband are a son, Norman of Veedersburg; a daughter, Clara of Newport Richie, Fla.; a brother, Vernon Berlin of Veedersburg; and two sisters, Mrs. Ruth Beener of Veedersburg and Mrs. Marie Francis Songer. She was preceded in death by a son and a brother. Private services will be conducted Friday with the Rev. Glen Youngblood officiating. Burial will be in Rockfield Cemetery. Friends may call at 7-9 p.m. today in Parham Funeral Home.
